Zhejiang Luka New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhejiang Toumen Port Economic Development Zone, with a project investment of 83.5 million yuan. The project utilizes ternary lithium battery cathode materials to implement an annual production of 100,000 tons of nickel sulfate solution, 3,000 tons of cobalt sulfate solution, and 2,000 tons of crude carbonate, along with tank area supporting technological transformation projects, as well as an annual production of 5,000 tons of electric nickel and 800 tons of electrolytic cobalt resource recycling technological transformation project (Phase I). After the project is completed, it will form a production capacity of 100,000 tons of nickel sulfate solution, 3,000 tons of cobalt sulfate solution, 2,000 tons of crude manganese carbonate, 2,000 tons of electric nickel, and 800 tons of electrolytic cobalt per year.
我司于2024年2月企业委托浙江翠金环境科技有限公司编制完成了《浙江路加新材料有限公司年产 100000 吨硫酸镍溶液、3000 吨硫酸钴溶液和 2000 吨粗制碳酸锰及罐区配套技改项目、年产 5000 吨电镍、800 吨电钴资源化综合利用技改项目（一期）环境影响报告书》，并于2024年3月8日通过台州市生态环境局临海分局审批（批复文号：台环建（临）〔2024〕21号）。
2025年9月27日，我司根据环评完成了主体工程的建设，并落实了环评中提出的各项防治生态破坏和环境污染措施。于2025年9月29日起进行了调试生产。现根据国家有关环保法律法规的要求进行竣工公示。
